Journey by Stephen Clark
    to Ridgetown JTR

You stand around and watch the house while Timmy kills a few mosquitoes with his knife. After a few minutes it looks like the flames are out - looks like George has succeeded in his efforts. He emerges from the smoky interior, black marks all over him.
"Well, traveller", he says, "The fire is out. And it's all thanks to you. Why, if you hadn't woken me up when you did, Timmy and I would have been roasted alive as we slept. Thanks to your quick thinking and brave initiative, we are saved. And as a reward, I would like to give you my gold". He holds out several large gold bars and you take them. You thank the old man for his generosity and start walking home.
